About Kesor Kim

Currently a Project Executive at Devcon Construction Incorporated, Kesor Kim has been with the company full time for over twenty years and has participated in a wide range of projects including high density residential apartments and condominiums, commercial office buildings, mission critical facilities, sports and entertainment complexes, and most recently complex research & development facilities. In addition to his everyday responsibilities associated with his current projects, Kesor also serves as the in house coordinator and information resource for LEED related implementation and management as well being part of the firm’s in house Building Information Modeling (BIM) leadership team. His responsibilities as a Project Executive include managing all aspects of the projects to which he is assigned. This includes: Budgeting/Estimating: Delivering detailed project cost at all stages of project development including Conceptual Design, Schematic Drawings, Design Development, Construction Documents, GMP Establishment, and contract negotiations. Engineering: Providing project site logistics, supply chain management, cost avoidance, conflict resolution, project constructability, design/engineering review and input, Architectural coordination, MEP Coordination, LEED Program Implementation, and field construction coordination/resolution. Project Management: Providing project schedules, bidding, buyout, material procurement, budget forecasting, cost control, project billings, subcontractor management, and in house architectural management
