ABOUT KESHIA JOHNSON

Global strategy and collaboration leader with twelve years of project management experience, and the ability to build successful organizations by driving improvements and change, developing organizational capacity and mitigating risk through creative thinking, best practice application and an entrepreneurial perspective.I successfully analyze an organization\'s strategic business requirements, financials and trends in order to identify deficiencies, opportunities, and develop innovative and cost-effective solutions for enhancing productivity, decreasing cost, and improving customer service. This has led to waste reductions with savings of 20%, operational enhancements resulting in $250K annual cost reductions, and a 30% improvement in process efficiencies. While a majority of my work experience has been with government entities the sectors of airport management, wastewater services, and drinking water are highly capitalized, and I have engaged in strategic plan development, asset and environmental risk, construction management, stakeholder engagement, and procurement/contract administration. I am also an entrepreneur. My two current ventures are Darker the Berry LLC, a wine education and discovery business and the Black Singles Network LLC. Both businesses focus on the interest of the professional African American community. Events are well orchestrated and customized to bring the participants together for networking opportunities and expose them to activities unique to their everyday experiences.
