My experience spans all stages of upstream hydrocarbon maturation from early concept selection through project execution to producing from assets. I am experienced in working closely with subsurface, business planning, technology, data analytics, and commercial. I have a blend of leadership and technical skills. I lead by integrating, enabling, and guiding. I am seasoned in managing multi-disciplinary teams to identify brownfield production opportunities, unlock potential, and optimize production. I am also experienced in leading teams to evaluate and select production concepts for greenfield developments. I pursue ideas enthusiastically where AI can add value in the production domain and have a strong HSE conscience.
