This involves:Interfacing with Customers in manufacturing feasibility and technical reviewsDesign and development of methodology (feeding and gating layouts) for new cast products.Reviewing parts under production for optimizing and reducing rejection with the application of Casting process simulation.Developed in-house Thermal Analysis System to evaluate, improve and optimize metallurgical quality of SG Iron melt. This will aim at improving feeding yield, reduce rejection and optimize alloy / inoculation addition - indirectly helping to save energy and reduce carbon foot print.
