About Keshav Sharma
Keshav Sharma, Analyst, is a member of APAC monitoring team within the portfolio compliance group (PCG), part of global accounting and product services (GAAPS). He’s a part of Gurgaon PCG team, primarily responsible for monitoring post trade compliance alerts in APAC & reviewing new issue offerings to ensure they are in compliance with regulatory requirements and client specific guidelines. The team engages with and provide services to many other department across the firm including BLACKROCK Capital market, portfolio management, global client group operations and legal & compliance. Keshav joined BlackRock in 2021 where he was responsible for approving participation in new offerings, monitoring and Maintaining portfolio compliance with both client specific guidelines and firm wide regulatory trading constraints across wide range of mandates. Keshav has earned a MBA degree in finance and graduated in BBE (Bachelor in business economics) from Delhi university.
