   Founded Broadbased Games, A Fun, New, Creative And Innovative Game Company!Play Width Us!Built up the team through an independent recruiting process, provided what funding I could through bootstrapping, showcased initiative and drive by writing and interacting with many VCs and speaking to them at conferences, providing guidance, support and digital infrastructure to my team, aiding them with getting jobs if they needed and providing them support in job acquisition, directed the creation of a game prototype, did independent market and demographic research for multiplayer tank games the genre which we aimed to tackle, delegated tasks to those who were best suited for it, kept morale high to keep work moving and retain workers, implemented largely democratic management and decentralization (but without dogma, such as instituting workflows through moderators and streamlining them through their help), increased visibility for our company both online and offline, either through ads or canvassing, instituted fair work hours which coupled with streamlining and delegation prevented any precipitous drop in the productivity of the active working members and many other important tasks related to keep a business properly functioning.Provided certificates and salaries from out of pocket for the interns, and now the company is on hold due to lack of funding, after which I stepped down as Founder and Director.Four of the people have gone on to get jobs post my company.
