A BRAND OF UPLERS- Employing leadership approaches, I oversaw a group of SEO and SEM Analysts, enabling them to complete project tasks on time- Oversaw SEO and paid marketing campaigns for E-Commerce websites, B2B, B2C companies in the US zone using a mix of employing a blend of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management techniques- Nurturing client relationships by maintaining transparency and open lines of communication via Slack, Skype and taking responsibility for campaign performance and delivering quality results and fostering a culture of trust that opened the door to upselling and cross-selling services- Analyzed data on Google Analytics (UA and GA4) through descriptive and diagnostic analysis based on which we devised powerful marketing strategies to achieve all campaign goals- Processes were made better by tracking performance on a biweekly and monthly basis, forecasting, getting feedback on time, finding gaps in the process, recording lessons learned, and successfully managing potential risks before they became problems- In order to successfully reduce intra-team conflicts through constructive criticism, I trained and mentored new team members in the company\'s procedures, effective communication and stakeholder management, RACI matrix, and digital marketing principles- Assisted with contract renewals where 90% of contracts were renewed or extended demonstrating that clients knew their business was in good hands- Awarded four times Upstar for ‘Continuous Improvement’ where I was appreciated for being a quick learner and for building excellent client and team relationships.
