Finance professional currently part of portfolio finance at Premji Invest. My role involves providing independent evaluations of deals, deal enablement for investment team, assisting on exit strategies, portfolio management and managing LP reporting.Prior to this, I was working with PwC - Deals with focus on financial & business due diligence. Worked on 100+ due diligences on both buy side and sell side engagements. Served a variety of clients including VC & PE firms, start-up companies, listed companies, global conglomerates. Involved in various industry sectors with main focus on venture capital funding with internet-tech and new age companies engaged in Fintech, Edutech, Healthtech, E-commerce sectors.
