ABOUT KESHAB GATEHOUSE

I recently graduated Summa Cum Laude from Vanderbilt University with majors in Chemical Engineering and Climate Studies. I\'m deeply interested in renewable energy, sustainability, and finding solutions to global climate change. I’m currently working as an analyst on the Sustainable Investment Banking team at Crédit Agricole CIB, where I support sustainable finance transactions across global markets.My coursework at Vanderbilt covered engineering fundamentals, the electrochemistry and operation of renewable power systems (batteries, solar and wind power, fuel cells, and electrolyzers), and the social and political aspects of the energy transition. I also gained professional experience with internships in various segments of the clean energy industry while at Vanderbilt. With Rio Tinto Lithium, I helped the commercial team understand market trends with research into niche lithium applications. In Guidehouse\'s energy providers division, I worked with utility clients on energy efficiency, grid reliability, and decarbonization strategies. And at Avina Clean Hydrogen, a green hydrogen project developer, I directly contributed to the energy transition with internal software tools, Excel models, technology research, and financing proposals that improved the feasibility of Avina\'s $3B, 3 GW project pipeline.My career goals revolve around advancing low-carbon energy solutions and addressing climate change challenges. I\'m eager to leverage the skills and experiences I gain in the next several years to contribute to innovative projects and initiatives that promote a sustainable future.
