High Current and medium current tool owner for 22nm, 14nm, 10nm, 7nm and higher tech node for development as well as sustaining as well as VF transfer. Plasma implant tool owner for 14nm and 10 nm development and sustaining, as well as VF transfer.Notable Acievements- Owned and sustained high current implanter, medium current implanter, Plasma implant deposition tools from development to sustaining ensuring they meet >87% availability- Worked with Integration and other module owners for process development, created new recipes, improved existing recipes and approved hundreds of SIFs with zero misprocess- Collaborated with Anneal modules for stable monitor development for Anneal module- Collaborated with Defment, integration and other modules to develop new process for yield and other improvement- Chaired Shared Learning Forum across intel virtual factories, as well as chaired task force meeting including tool vendor and VF counterparts to solve specific process/tool issues- Being Areawide automation expert, developed and improved and implemented different automation tools there by improving the efficiency of technician as well as engineering significantly inside and outside the module- Drove improvement projects specially cost reduction and work content reduction, saved hundreds of Technician and Engineering hours. Reduced the TW cost significantly- Qualified implanter tools which can run wafers at Cold, Hot and at Room temperature to ensure they meet intel\'s up to production standards- Trained new module technicians, as well as engineers- Received multiple Department level awards based on the contribution and achievements in different projects-
