Represents the client’s best interest by organizing and communicating with the portfolio support staff (PM/Site Teams) to determine the right approach to achieve overall client goals.• New Business Development - Establish rapport, coordination and meeting attendance with potential new clients in coordination and support of the acquisitions department.• Monitor compliance for Senior Director/Director/PM Groups - Ensure compliance with FPI Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) as well as other communicated company standards and procedures.• Support the Senior Director/Director/Portfolio Manager Groups - Ensure a comprehensive budget is completed, including the review of Revenue and Expenditure reporting.• Employee coaching and guiding employee development-Conduct detailed Performance Reviews for the Senior Director/Director/Portfolio Manager Groups, including constructive criticism, praise, monitoring employee satisfaction, as well as conducting employee performance plans and/or terminations.• Nominate Department Managers and Executive staff and advise on other high-level hiring decisions.• Represent the organization at conferences, meetings, and trade shows or at regional or national offices.
