Partner with the Talent Acquisition team and Marketing team as well as external suppliers, organizations, educational institutions, and constituencies to develop and deliver innovative and effective Employer Brand strategies and action plans to promote IAA/Ritchie Brothers. as an employer of choice to prospective hires and current staff through outreach, social media, corporate website, other communication formats, and programming. Actively facilitates and leads groups and events dedicated to building culture around diversity, equity and inclusion. Engages the greater HR team to run diversity recruiting programs, internships, trainings, and practices across IAA, while developing and communicating metrics that measure the success of Talent Programs across the organization. Manages and cultivates external partnerships that broaden IAA\'s community footprint while identifying untapped talent resources, fostering ongoing candidate pipelines, and defining our talent brand in the marketplace.
