I spent 10 years of my life helping to develop ZEAL in Wellington and Auckland, seeing ten\'s of thousands of young people each year involved in programmes and events to develop, equip and encourage young people into a positive future.I then spent 6 years in government, involved in funding and community development, working with some of the most diverse and interesting people in New Zealand, this led me into thinking I want to support people more with the knowledge and skills I have. My journey has led me into setting up a community development agency for the greater Wellington region, with the support of the Bishop of Wellington, Justin Duckworth. I hope to develop an agency that can be a catalyst for change in the not for profit/charitable sector.
