Managed a team of 18-20 senior level analysts supporting SOF missions in Africa; advise and assist the Theater Special Operation Command (TSOC), Special Operations Command-Forward (SOC-FWD), and SOF end users at operational units with intelligence-specific training development, design, and delivery needs; coordinate with the supported organization, our team leadership, and cross-functional working groups to plan and execute a wide variety of PED support; coordinate with the supported command to determine specific requirements and prioritize resources that align mission requirements and intelligence readiness needs with threats and operational challenges in specific Areas of Responsibility (AORs).Provided research and development on emerging capabilities, recommending solutions to support the mission requirement and address intelligence gaps; directly accountable to PED team output and customer satisfaction in eliminating exploitation stovepipes and revolutionizing OSINT tip/cue vs traditional sensor outputs.Applied intelligence techniques in support of a specified Areas of Responsibility (AOR) using logic, analysis, synthesis, creativity, judgment, and systematic approaches to gather, evaluate, and use multiple sources of information to inform decisions and outcomes; shape intelligence community exploitation TTPs to revolutionize and synthesize data.Interfaced and effectively communicated with intelligence and operations partner elements; maturity/experience commensurate with driving change through deep technical subject matter expertise and operational experience – proven experience bridging seams between operators and analysts to drive cutting edge products.
