As part of Merck’s Strategic Talent Programs & Early Talent Engagement team, I am the responsible GOglobal Business Partner for the Inhouse Consulting, Healthcare, HR, Finance, Treasury and Tax programs. Further, I design and lead strategic programs to attract, engage, and retain early-in-career talent.This includes running global initiatives like the conception of an Early-In Career Talent Retention Program or the Merck Discovery Day and developing new approaches to stay connected with high-potential students until graduation and beyond.Driven by my background in organizational psychology, I’m passionate about building meaningful talent journeys and shaping future workforce strategies.
