About Kerstin Young

I have worked in Senior Care and Customer Experience going on 10+ years. Most of that was spent working directly in or supporting the communities and running experience management programs, only until more recently did I make my way over to the tech side. I have always had a ‘people first’ attitude and passion for listening to the customer and surfacing those insights to drive action. In my current position as Solutions Engineer for Reputation, I support organizations with strategic initiatives to help enhance and improve the customer experience. As well as partner with Sales and Product Marketing to strategize the best solution for clients and prospects.Over the past decade I have worked in progressively advancing roles leading CX efforts with a focus on resident engagement, quality improvement, strategic planning, reputation experience management, and Customer feedback management. Oh and did I mention I am also a head high school basketball coach! Why does that matter! Well it means I am not afraid of failure, or to think outside the box, and know that anything in life worth pursuing is going to be hard.and to learn to handle the hard. Plus, having someone for the girls to look up to and learn not just about the game of basketball but life is super rewarding
