That includes structuring deployment and integration playbooks, implementing documentation-as-code practices, and aligning documentation with configuration management and compliance requirements. I often work closely with engineering, testing, and program teams to document workflows, validate procedures, and ensure technical guidance reflects how systems really function.Recent work includes designing a GitLab documentation-as-code repository with CI/CD publishing, building deployment and interoperability playbooks for a defense interoperability platform, and implementing a NIST SP 800-128–aligned change management framework that improved configuration traceability and audit readiness.    Lead documentation architecture and operational enablement for the Digital Interoperability Certification Ecosystem (DICE), a platform modernizing Army Interoperability Certification (AIC) testing by shifting physical validation to an automated cloud-based environment.Own the documentation infrastructure and operational guidance that enables engineering teams and external users to deploy, integrate, and validate systems within the platform.Key outcomes:• Implemented a program-level Change Management framework aligned with NIST SP 800-128, establishing structured processes for change classification, approval workflows, and configuration baseline tracking.• Built a GitLab documentation-as-code repository and publishing pipeline, enabling version-controlled documentation development and automated deployment through GitLab Pages.• Developed system readiness and platform playbooks translating system architecture and environment configuration into repeatable operational workflows.• Structured documentation so engineering artifacts could directly support System Security Plan configuration management evidence, improving audit readiness.• Led migration of the engineering knowledge base from Confluence to GitLab Wiki, establishing documentation standards, shared templates, and consistent terminology across teams.Work supports a mission-critical defense interoperability platform used by engineering, testing, and integration teams.
