Following a recruitment career that spans more than 15 years, and the most challenging (yet rewarding), role I have ever done which is raising two beautiful children, I made the decision to go hunting for that fire in my belly for which I have been yearning. I have always been highly enthusiastic about helping people, making a difference in what I do, and thrive on exploring new paths, procedures, and approaches. After a lot of self-reflection, I have now diversified into working for our family business which is a building services engineering, and facilities management company. The important thing is that I am still involved with all the types of work that drives and excites me, but I have great work life balance and never miss a school event!
