1. Creative Partner

   I began working with the Goldwell brand in 2003 as a freelancer to their in-house designer. Over the years that followed, my role as a boutique creative partner increased, and the brand, KMS California was added to the roster of projects. I became known as the \"fixer\" of sorts because the advertising agencies Goldwell and KMS brands employed were not fulfilling their creative needs. So the marketing managers at Goldwell/KMS would call me to work on the most creative projects! It was a fun time for all. As the years went by, the \"silent\" parent company, Kao Corporation slowly began to come to the forefront and new leadership, new ideas were beginning to surface. The brands were ready to be re-imaged and to grow. That is when my company, BCG, was invited to submit a proposal to be their Agency of Record for North America. We won that contract and have continued as Kao Salon\'s Creative Partner and Agency of Record since 2013. Having a long relationship such as this one is rare, and I believe a testament to our service, our creativity, and our people at BCG. We lead with our hearts, role up our sleeves to get the job done, and simply care a lot about outcomes.
