I am Axonius\' Vice President of IT leading engineering, enterprise applications, procurement, and the service desk. Over the past 25 years, I have sharpened my IT and leadership skills, learning the roles and understanding my team members’ functions and their responsibilities, to serve as a trusted, hands-on partner. For 10 years, I have focused on developing high-performing teams and optimizing our IT landscape. In my current IT senior leadership position, I am actively involved in my team’s architecture and engineering decisions, while also partnering closely with executive leadership to ensure we are providing cost effective value and meeting the organization’s key metrics. In collaboration with our business stakeholders, we have introduced IT application governance, reduced cost by consolidating our redundant technologies, and delivered timely execution on our technology implementations.
