I\'m passionately driven to create and support projects that make a real difference. I have guided tech in two startups as the CTO for 5+ years (HubHaus & Studio98). Most recently, ran engineering at HubHaus as we have 3x\'d growth last year leading to our Series A raise in February.My experience:Co-founderHelped create foundation for team culture, core values, internal meetings, and communication. Worked with co-founders to pitch and raise funds through Seed and Series A rounds. Created initial protocol for several departments: Hiring, Events (now Community), and Tech. Helped guide product decisions, do market analysis, and launch our second region.Chief Technology OfficerWorked with departments to architect, design and create initial funnel for getting members into our houses, including tracking metrics and goal conversion. Setup dashboards to manage and automate to track applicants, houses, members, property management, as well as BI graphs. Automated email responses saving an estimated 270+ days of labor. Hired additional engineers to cater to growth as we built out our member portal and developed strategic partnerships.Quality ControlResearched, created and enforced standards of coding, unit tests, hallway usability tests and personal checks and service management to maintain highest possible up-time and accountability.ProgrammerBuilt hundreds of websites, using technologies such as Drupal, WordPress, Kohana. I built six web systems and eleven Facebook apps. Primarily worked with PHP, but also created or maintained projects with Ruby on Rails and Python & Django. Integrated 100+ sites with e-Commerce integration. Extensive experience with Authorize.net and Paypal, and basic level experience with Braintree and Recurly.
