Managing Director of Engage, Train, Support, and Founder of KECO Support Ltd. I’ve spent 20 years working across the charity and social purpose sector in CEO and senior leadership roles, spanning literacy, domestic abuse, young people’s services, criminal justice, substance misuse and homelessness, including extensive work supporting people and organisations in and around the prison system.As Managing Director at Engage, Train, Support, I lead a mission-driven organisation focused on delivering high-quality training that leads to real-world job outcomes, with social impact built into everything we do.Alongside this role, I founded KECO Support Ltd, where I work with a trusted team of associate consultants to help charities, funders and social purpose businesses strengthen strategy, improve performance and deliver greater impact.I’m also an experienced trainer, facilitator, L&D professional and former teacher, known for creating thoughtful, high-energy spaces where teams can tackle complex challenges and move forward with confidence.I’ve previously served as Chair of Trustees and continue to bring strong governance and systems thinking to my work, supporting organisations to deliver impact that is effective, sustainable and values-led.If you’re working on something that matters, I’d love to hear from you.
