As the Internal Recruiter for ALPLA UK, I am responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring for one of the world\'s leading manufacturers of sustainable plastic packaging I am a certified Thomas International Personal Profile Analysis (PPA) Practitioner, which enables me to assess and match candidates\' behavioural styles and preferences to the requirements and culture of the organization. I also have a strong background in client relations and talent management, having worked as a Head of Key Accounts and a Principal Delivery Consultant at Malone Group, a global engineering and safety services provider. There, I supported a range of customers with partnered delivery resourcing and interim management solutions, building long-term relationships and delivering outstanding service and results.
