I’ve always been drawn to work that helps people find their footing early in their careers, which is why I’m passionate about creating thoughtful, well-supported experiences for students and early talent.As an Early Talent Recruiter at Carnival Cruise Line, I am responsible for supporting the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of our early careers programs, including the Shoreside Summer Internship Program and Leadership Development Program. My focus is on designing experiences that balance structure, development, and real-world exposure — creating value for both participants and the business.With a Master’s degree in Career Development and experience across higher education and corporate recruiting, I bring a student-centered, practical approach to early talent. I partner closely with leaders and teams to help them host impactful experiences while strengthening long-term talent pipelines.Areas of focus include:• Early Careers & Internship Programs• University Relations & Campus Recruiting• Professional Development & Experiential Learning• Stakeholder Partnership & Program Support Outside of work, I foster Golden Retrievers through GRRACE and have helped 11 dogs (and counting!) find their forever homes.
