Essentially, along with Talent Attraction, my role involves shaping and amplifying our sustainability strategies, driving initiatives that make a real difference, and ensuring our efforts are authentic and aligned with our mission. I work closely with our incredible team to enhance our approach to environmental responsibilities, give back even more to our communities, and refine the way we talk about and live our values as a business. Together, we’re connecting the dots between who we are as a company, the talented people who make Roq what it is, and the broader world we’re all part of. In this role, I can combine two passions of mine—helping people find their dream role and helping to make a positive impact on the planet and society.

With over 10 years of in-house recruitment experience I specialise in end to end talent attraction - my role started in a more traditional recruitment capacity and has since evolved to include employer brand, full end to end recruitment, charity and community projects, and sustainability.
