Negotiated long term supply contract on sole source critical consumable which saved $1.0M on $1.25M spend. Led strategy development for SKU’s MRO part inventory, safety stock, stocking agreements, and contracts. Researched, interviewed, finalized contract for new onsite hot food service, kitchen upgrades, vending program. Negotiated improved terms and performance targets for new $35M dollar on site Nitrogen production plant. Designed and implemented strategy to de-risk reliance on sole sourced suppliers for critical consumables and parts. Leased new onsite mineral spirits reprocessing unit to support ESG which saved $450k annually in virgin mineral spirit costs. Installed onsite mineral spirits reprocessing unit which led to avoiding purchasing gal/year of virgin mineral spirits. Member of plant leadership team which created plant procurement strategy, safety strategy, and Capex strategy.
