Currently working with older adults 65 and over with acute mental illness. My duties include• Recording confidential data onto patients record system• Train and Support Band 2/3 Staff and students.• Lead induction and orientation with students/ new starters making sure they\'re aware of the risks on the ward• Arrange logins and mandatory training for new starters and students• Personal Assistant to Frailty lead, Modern Matron, Ward Doctor and to the Manager• To support Matrons in the process of complaint responses• making sure that staff are up to date with their mandatory training • Arrange transportation for patients attending their appointments, home visits and have arranged to return patients to the ward• Administration duties for the ward, include filling, report auditing, meetings setup • Manage referrals• Maintain weekly food stock for the patients, equipment and stationery for the teams • Arrange weekly family meetings with internal/external service users• Minute taking• Respond to queries on behalf of the service via e-mail, telephone or face-to-face• Book interpreters. • Maintain tracking documentation spreadsheet• To track and support the Quality Assurance and clerking processes.• To maintain tracking documentation• Collating of data• Summary care Record to verify patients\' demographic details and NHS number, ensuring the data contained in the clinical systems are accurate and can be linked with other data if appropriate• Creating and maintaining office systems• Providing personal assistant support to medical staff• Report every week data quality issues actioned to the Team Leader
