I use my analytical skills, information technology expertise, and ability to develop productive working relationships to lead projects and teams in developing and implementing strategic plans, applications, and information technology services that directly support the mission of the US Environmental Protection Agency. I am currently working in the Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) within the Office of Technology Solutions. I have also worked in the Office of Environmental Information (OEI) for the Agency Chief Technology Officer (CTO) on the procurement of agile digital services and implementation of agile contracting and application development practices and in the Office of Research & Development (ORD) in the Application Services Division (ASD).Other professional responsibilities and projects while at EPA include Agency-wide data center and technology consolidation analysis to reduce infrastructure costs, improve sustainability, and promote the greening of IT; the development and implementation of quality management practices for desktop computers as the Agency desk-top service Quality Assurance manager; and, leading the implementation of best-practice frameworks including Agile, ITIL (IT Service Management) and PMI\'s project, portfolio,and program management practices in both the Office of Environmental Information and the Office of Research and Development (ORD). I also led the implementation of a customer relationship management strategy and practice in a government setting.
