30 years’ experience working within highly regulated industries, gaining experience of the Full Project Life Cycle, from FEED studies through to detail design, engineering, fabrication, construction, and commissioning.Last 15 years have been spent working in both Project Management and Project Controls/Planning roles, executing project management processes and project planning techniques to deliver projects and programmes for Main Works Contractors, Operators and Engineering Companies focusing on Safety, Quality, and Project/Commercial Controls and Planning in the execution of both brown and green field projects, including detailed multi-discipline engineering packages through to small scale EPC projects to multi-billion-pound M&E Construction projects within the New Nuclear, Oil & Gas, Chemical, Heavy Steel manufacture and Gas Infrastructure sectors.Previous 15 years spent in the CAPEX Project Environment, within the Instrument & Control discipline working my way up to Principal Engineer roles working for both EPC Contractors and Operators in the Energy, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Chemical, Medical Diagnostics/Life Sciences and sectors.
