Hi, I\'m Kerry. I work with medium-sized to large businesses across the South Shore and Greater Boston area to build comprehensive, competitive benefits packages for Employers that solve for retention and recruiting. Workplace benefits are one of the leading factors in why someone decides to join a company, and in recent years I\'ve worked with clients to adapt and adopt benefits around everything from mental health to fertility reimbursement, childcare programs and even pet insurance. Developing and managing a comprehensive and cost-effective workplace benefits program requires a consultant with experience and proven client success. My superpower is taking complex healthcare information and communicating it in a way to C-suite and HR leaders that they then can share across to their employees, encouraging more transparency and education in how their benefits packages work. As a leader, I coach my team to build these same skill sets, recognizing that there is an individual behind every benefits package with their own unique family, financial, health and life goals.
