Hi, I am a Denver-based Director in PwC\'s Deals group specializing in Capital Markets and Accounting Advisory services. I help clients to execute M&A and capital markets transactions by providing advice on accounting and SEC financial reporting matters. I have advised Fortune 500 and private equity clients across a variety of industries on acquisitions, IPOs, debt offerings and other technical accounting matters. In the course of these transactions, I have developed both US GAAP and IFRS accounting expertise on the topics of business combinations, consolidation, revenue recognition, and stock-based compensation. Outside of work, you\'ll most likely find me skiing through the trees, hiking in the mountains, baking and spending time with family and friends.
