ABOUT KERRY QUEALY

I bring more than 20 years of executive search experience and apply intense precision and a high standard of quality when engaging with clients in need of senior leadership. My background leading our research team equips me with tools that are my “secret weapons” for executive search. I know how to look in places most people would not think of, and I can very quickly get up to speed on a new industry or role. My network of candidates is something I build daily, and I especially enjoy spending time with emerging leaders, exposing them to new ideas and helping them recognize how their skills will translate in ways they did not consider. I really enjoy working in Academia as those leaders are often ahead of the curve and progressive when it comes to thought leadership on everything from process to culture.WittKieffer has grown and changed tremendously over the many years I have been here. What’s impressive and special is that we have managed to maintain the “boutique” feel even as we have scaled and evolved in every way. It’s a culture built intentionally with an emphasis on developing its people and letting us try new things. I\'m proud to have recently completed the eCornell certificate program in Diversity and Inclusion. It was extremely valuable and rewarding—I really appreciate WittKieffer providing me with this opportunity, and I know all my clients will benefit.My husband and I are now empty nesters and look forward to spending as much time as possible outside. We love to hike, kayak and stay active, which is a challenge at times in our Chicago climate.
