View department →

Tidworth, GB

I’m the shop floor manager making sure all jobs on vehicles get done on time, safely and professionally. I step in when I need to coach and mentor new members to the team and to assist people on complex tastings. This is all done by keeping up to date with maintenance repairs and faults that I track daily online. I make sure we have all the spares and equipment for jobs in the future so operations run more smoother. As well as practical work I keep on top of my people, making sure their admin is in shape, they get the support they need and that they are at the right places at the right time.
