ABOUT KERRY OCONNELL
I have more than 25 years of Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and Explosives (CBRNE) and Emergency Management experience, including my current employment as the Director of CBRNE-WMD Programs at Guardian Centers in Perry, GA. Prior to joining Guardian Centers, I served over 20 years in the United States Marine Corps, retiring as a Chief Warrant Officer 3 (CWO3) following a successful tour with the United States Marine Corps Chemical Biological Incident Response Force (CBIRF). I am also a current member of the Houston County HAZMAT Team in Georgia and previously worked with the Charles County Tactical Response Team and have demonstrated experience in the coordination of Emergency Management and CBRNE incidents. Currently, as the Director is CBRNE-WMD Programs at Guardian Centers, I have the responsibility for designing, constructing, and implementing innovative and realistic training scenarios at both Guardian Centers and various locations throughout the world with the objective of meeting a wide variety of client training requirements.
