Manage Nickol Global Solutions (NGS) sub-task order on the Peacebuilding Evaluation, Analysis, Research, and Learning (PEARL) program. In support of the Global Fragility Act (GFA), the PEARL project provides USAID’s Center for Conflict and Violence Prevention (CVP) with innovative research through conflict and violence assessments, technical assessments, and performance and impact evaluations. • Activity Director on NGS’s mid-term performance evaluation of the USAID-funded Resilience for Peace (R4P) program in Côte d’Ivoire. Manages relationship with prime and USAID stakeholders. Oversees timely delivery of the evaluation including recruitment, onboarding and management of team leaders; development and management of the activity timeline and budget; and oversight of timely/quality deliverables completion.• Manages buy-ins for which NGS is the lead subcontractor, as well as the overall sub task order including the relationship with the prime, financial projections, and contractual compliance.
