Responsible for Stock file integrity & shrinkage investigations for 315 stores across UK/ROI.• Conduct audits based on data driven by Data Mining System Agilence to meet business and legal legalization. • Collaborate and communicate with Store/ District Managers to ensure internal processes and controls are being followed in store.• Identify risks and opportunity for improvement, sharing and presenting findings to senior management team. In FY23 I revised LP company policy and procedures apart of efficiency project resulting it being rolled out across all stores in Europe.• Acting promptly on information provided by retail team or data driven KPI’s that requires further investigations to minimize impact to store and the business.• Develop partnership with internal and external stakeholders to ensure stock take schedule is executed and adhered to both by provider & at store level.• Manage and resolve all internal & external theft investigation within area of responsibility, working cross function with other departments to reach conclusion. In FY24 I successfully concluded 226 investigations.
