After less than a year of freelancing I joined the Medscape Live team on a full time basis as Program Manager/Live Show Lead. My area of focus is production for all in-person, virtual and hybrid conferences for MedscapeLive! and their partners. Create and oversee a thorough, technical Run of Show for the production team tailored to each conference. From a Production lens I work with all departments and partners to insure a seamless conference both in person and virtually. Set up certain aspects of, in conjunction with Platform & Technology, our online platform per each unique conference. Create and work with each sponsor to ensure their needs are met from a production standpoint. During all Virtual and/or Hybrid shows I am simultaneously responsible for the orchestration of both the in person production, as well as virtual platform including both sponsored product theaters, ancillary sympos, focus groups etc.(Conferences/areas of expertise I have been responsible for are: Acute Leukemia Forum (ALF), Neurology Exchange, Heart of Cardio (HOC), Hawaii Derm (HDS), Las Vegas Derm (LVD), Skin of Color Update (SOCU), Orlando Dermatology, Aesthetic & Surgical Conference (ODAC), Women & Pediatric Dermatology (WPD)
