Draft, review with Project Managers and negotiate all Subcontracts, Purchase Orders and Consultant Agreements for mechanical materials and equipment- Generate Purchase Approval Delivery Schedule and provide purchasing updates for Project Management- Resolve any Terms and Conditions issues that arise for Contract Execution- Assist Project Management with Expediting of orders as required- Develope and maintain relationships with vendors and subcontractors- Assist in estimates with scope sheets, vendor contacts and pricing.
