About Kerry Hughes
The mission of Harmony 4 Hope is to contribute to external scientific discoveries in rare diseases, educate the medical community and empower rare disease patients and families while creating a unified voice for the over people worldwide collectively impacted by more than distinct rare diseases.Rare Storytellers, the cornerstone of the H4H mission, is a rapidly growing network of rare disease patients coming together to share the compelling and heartfelt narratives of the journey to diagnosis and living life with a rare disease. Currently there are over 25 rare diseases represented in this network. Through audiences on Capitol Hill, Rush University Medical Center, Northwestern Feinberg School of Medicine, Marquette University Colleges of Nursing and Health Sciences and Medical College of Wisconsin, Rare Storytellers has reached thousands of current and future researchers, clinicians and allied healthcare professionals.
