Kerry Finley is the president of Finley Design, Architecture + Interiors in Durham, North Carolina. Mr. Finley has more than 20 years of experience designing and planning a variety of project types in the eastern United States. His experience includes work on projects including retail, office, restaurants, transportation, fitness and wellness, healthcare, and mixed-use developments. Since establishing Finley Design in 2004, Mr. Finley has developed a practice focused on the design of retail, office, restaurant, residential, and mixed-use developments throughout North Carolina and the eastern United States. Mr. Finley received a Bachelor of Architecture from the North Carolina State University College of Design and is a Registered Architect in North Carolina and a number of other states.Specialties: Kerry Finley has extensive experience with the design of new developments, as well as designing renovations, redevelopments, and re-branding of retail, office, multi-family residential, and mixed use development projects.
