ABOUT KERRY DICKSEE

Experienced internal communications specialist who understands how to drive employee advocacy and support organisational change. Proven strengths: technology/cultural transformation; restructuring; D&I, articulating strategy and brand; channel effectiveness; leader/line manager communication; engaging remote workers.I currently provide strategic communications for HSBC\'s Technology function, comprising 50k colleagues globally.In my previous role I shaped the internal communications function, enhanced digital channels and was responsible for the UK CEO engagement programme. I supported a significant IT transition and was a key part of the Diversity & Inclusion Steering Group which achieved the National Equality Standard and equipped leaders to create an inclusive culture.At the AA my focus was re-engaging customer facing colleagues around a refreshed vision and strategy. I also led the scoping, business case and build of a mobile-first intranet to connect field-based AA Patrols. I joined QinetiQ a year into its three-phase recovery plan, following two profit warnings. During my four years in the Corporate Affairs team I communicated a major restructure, delivered engagement plans for the technical community, worked on the closure of the defined benefit pension scheme, launched a monthly update for leaders and co-authored the strategic narrative for the company\'s growth phase.
