Employer: PVH Corp Ltd: August 2017- Present Role: Key Account Specialist –Wholesale operationsKey responsibilities. Key point of contact for ASOS wholesale account. Liaising with our warehouse, delivery agents and sales teams daily. Facilitate weekly order book management meetings with internal and external partners. Creation of weekly reports. Work closely with the Credit Control department in order to investigate all debit notes and disputes raised. Ensuring my knowledge of each season is up to date for both the Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein brands. Improvement projects based around processes and how the PVH/ASOS teams can be better co-ordinated. Daily use of SAP, HANA,Excel. I work within the Wholesale operations team which means I am ultimately responsible for delivering the highest level of service ensuring my customers account is ran in the most efficient way. I therefore have full accountability for order book management and shipping across both brands. As a team we are essential to the PVH wholesale business, and act as the central point for communication and orderbook management for both our internal and external partners. Since working with ASOS I have seen exponential growth and helped develop and grow the relationship, including the setting up of EDI and streamline of the ASOS team to match our own PVH sales and operations teams. Although being massively positive, it has created challenges which I’ve striven to overcome and find solutions for along the way.
