   Directed a cross-functional workgroup to evaluate and select a new Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring alignment with organizational goals and user needs. Orchestrated the seamless transition from the legacy LMS to the new system, including implementation, training, and change management. Facilitated the creation of microlearning courses within our new LMS. Managed identification, procurement, and collaboration with learning consultants and strategic partners to enhance educational offerings. Collaborated in implementing the Kirkpatrick Model to evaluate the effectiveness of internal and external learning initiatives, achieving Kirkpatrick Bronze Level Certification. Successfully spearheaded the Joint Provider application process for Interprofessional Continuing Education (IPCE), advancing the organization\'s capacity for collaborative learning.
