Managing the budgeting and forecasting processes throughout the entire UKHC organization, including driving standardization and leveraging best practice sharing through developing standard tools, templates, and methodologies • Managing, preparing, interpreting, and executing $1B+ personnel budget for UKHC and College of Medicine; including overseeing FTE analysis, reporting, and monthly processing • Managing FTE results (both static and flex) in all systems / outlets (Kronos Analytics, Axiom, Position Review, Dashboards, Surveys) • Oversee University Health System Consortium ODB benchmark reporting • Provide oversight for the maintenance of cost standards for departments and CDM combinations • Managing, interpreting, and executing $500M+ variable supply budget for UKHC and College of Medicine • Oversee product activity costing processing and reporting
