A specialist private client lawyer in the BBS Law Wills, Trusts and Probate team, I assist clients with lifetime and succession planning, creation of Wills, inheritance tax planning, establishing and administering trusts and estate administration. I regularly advise high net worth clients and work closely with the BBS Law Corporate Team advising SME and family business owners to mitigate tax exposure and efficiently pass on wealth.\\\\n\\\\nI regularly act on behalf of those affected by disability or vulnerability, including Court of Protection and Judicial Review proceedings and advise on making Lasting Powers of Attorney and acting as an Attorney or Deputy.\\\\n\\\\nI have a great interest in issues relating to those who require residential or nursing home accommodation especially relating to care fee and estate planning and advise Care Home owners and managers on their regulatory and legal responsibilities, routinely providing talks and seminars to care providers and carers.\\\\n\\\\nBBS are based in Manchester and London, and retained by a wide range of clients in the UK and abroad, we provide focused, cost-effective and personal advice across a wide range of disciplines.
