Senior Leadership in Private Equity, Public, and Privately Owned organizations.Private Equity (10 years+): Track record of delivering dramatic turnaround results in distressed industrial businesses in the very challenging Private Equity environment. In my last three assignments I have built fresh leadership teams and together we have delivered significant shareholder value through substantial improvements in sales, profitability, operational excellence, working capital, customer loyalty, and employee satisfaction. In 2018 I served on the committee who, along with Rothschild and Goldman Sacs, presented Ammeraal Beltech to potential new owners. Our team achieved a very successful exit for Advent International and subsequent purchase by Partners Group.Public Companies:(9 years): Entry level to Senior Management assignments in one of the most successful and respected public companies in the world. In my roles at IDEX I served in roles ranging from entry level to Senior Management. IDEX is consistently one of the top performing Diversified Industrials on the NYSE.Private Companies:(13 Years): Senior Leader for 7 years in the largest pump company in the world: Grundfos Pumps, where my teams consistently delivered double digit, record sales growth. I have also worked 6 years leading divisions and sales teams at two large industrial distributors. This has given me the unique credibility to have been on \"both sides of the fence\", manufacturing and distribution.Core Strengths:Building, Developing, and leading high performing teams.
