   I lead initiatives across evolving Western power markets including CAISO WEIM, SPP WEIS, SPP Markets+, WRAP, and our transition to a new Balancing Authority. I specialize in aligning operational, regulatory, and commercial strategies to ensure market readiness, grid reliability, and long-term value for our customers and shareholders.With over a decade of experience in the energy sector, spanning generation, transmission, load-serving obligations, and market design, I work across departments and with external partners to manage integrations, policy developments, and stakeholder relationships. My work includes helping large load customers, particularly data centers, plan for capacity and meet their reliability needs through innovative market solutions. This includes developing strategies to enable behind-the-meter generation participation in real-time markets and resource sufficiency evaluations.Currently, I’m focused on:• Overseeing market participation in CAISO WEIM while monitoring and influencing developments in SPP Markets+, EDAM, RTOE and WPP WRAP• Supporting data center capacity planning and dispatchable generation strategy through market aligned tools and policy advocacy• Leading internal market planning and operational implementation• Representing our interests in stakeholder processes and industry forums• Developing structures to manage settlements, resource sufficiency, and operational readiness• Supporting the launch of a new Balancing Authority
