I bring a strong foundation in client focused design, project management, and practical solutions that balance performance, comfort, and sustainability. At ENFRA, that technical expertise extends beyond building systems and into the relationships that make great work possible. With over 100 years of experience, ENFRA is the pillar of stability in the energy infrastructure industry and a leader in innovative energy solutions. Our team is currently providing Energy-as-a-Service to Novant Health throughout the Carolinas, creating long-lasting energy savings that we will stand behind for years to come. Humanity and community building have always been central to my life and leadership. Within six months of moving to Charlotte, I created a women’s circle to foster connection among women of all ages, backgrounds, and beliefs. Without connection, we begin to feel interchangeable, disconnected, and unseen.That belief guides how I am shaping ENFRA’s Charlotte office. Our normal looks different than a typical engineering firm. Rather than forcing a rigid divide between work and life, we take a holistic view. We recognize that when people care deeply about their work, life and work inevitably overlap.
