About Kerrie Rose

Drawing on my formal training as an Organizational Psychologist, I love helping individuals and groups develop, move through transition and realize their full potential. I pride myself on my ability to connect with people in a meaningful way. I also believe in the value of taking a scientific, data driven approach to human behavior. Working at the intersection is where my passion lies. With more than 17 years of international corporate HR and consulting experience, I have had the opportunity to partner with an incredibly diverse range of clients across a broad range of industries. I feel extremely fortunate to have lived and worked in multiple countries including Australia, Ireland, the UK, Benelux, and now the US, providing me with a unique cross-cultural perspective and the ability to adapt to almost any environment.My areas of expertise include career coaching, talent acquisition, team development, organization design, job analysis, competency profiling and leadership assessment and development. I am also known to spend a fair amount of my spare time on the tennis court - usually working on my second serve.
