ABOUT KERRIE ADAMSON
I currently serve as the Volunteer Engagement Manager at JPS Health Network, a tax-funded health care system in Tarrant County (Fort Worth, TX), where I connect people with purpose! I am passionate about fostering a supportive and inspiring environment for our 7,200+ employees, clinicians, and the dedicated volunteers who give their time, talents, and energy to our mission. With a master’s degree in Business Management and Leadership and over 15 years of experience in both business and nonprofit sectors, I bring a well-rounded skill set in customer relations, event planning, marketing, budgeting, and data analysis. In my previous role at JPS, I led our annual employee and clinician engagement surveys, coached leaders on engagement strategies, and oversaw recognition programs that celebrated our team members, like Hospital Week, our iconic Turkey Toss, and other memorable events and campaigns to celebrate those who care for our patients! In addition, I led the charge for our network to be awarded back-to-back Gallup Excepeptional Workplace Awards (GEWA). I’m known for building strong relationships, remembering the details, and creating experiences that leave a lasting impact. My goal is to make every interaction I have a positive one, be it a phone call, email, or face-to-face meeting.
